Business expert and Coach Krishen Iyer
Krishen Iyer is a writer, novelist, and short story writer. He has also been published in numerous magazines and anthologies, including ESPN’s The Magazine. This is not Krishen’s first novel either; his first was voted one of the Top 100 Books for High School Students in America by the Library Journal and was chosen as the book that changed his life by the New York Times.
As a new immigrant to the United States, this book helped the successful business owner Krishen Iyer tremendously in learning to speak English. His most recent novel, In the Land of Kings and Emperors, was published in June 2008 by Little Brown Books for Young Readers/Hachette Book Group USA. The book is inspired by true events and is set in India, England, and America.
He also co-wrote an urban fantasy series entitled Siblings of Invention with his sister, who has written bestselling thrillers. “I let my imagination run wild when I first started writing,” said Krishen Iyer.
“I knew that if I let my imagination run wild, the rest would come naturally. It’s a lot of fun to have your mind wander in the beginning. Krishen Iyer recalls (Prdistribution).
He keeps on stating: But when I began to write the stories, I noticed that my characters did not grow and develop as I [expected] Krishen Iyer informs. So I decided to experiment with character development. In my second book, In the Land of Kings and Emperors, the characters were fully developed at the same time that their adventures were being set out. This was my big breakthrough.
