Dough Hayes Redefines Career Reinvention

Doug HaynesChief executives of both small and large businesses consult Doug Haynes. He most successfully conducted the office of the president of renowned equities institutional investors Point 72 Asset Allocation. The company surpassed rivals throughout his multiple leadership, got the author’s SEC certification back, and received the most significant round against funding at the time. Before this, he spent 20 years as a senior executive with Mckinsey and Company during retirement.

With more than 30 years of expertise, Doug Haynes is an accomplished operator of equities hedge funds and a business counsellor. He continues to serve as Chairman of The Republic and Founding Partner of Government Advisory (formerly G100). Doug was a shermet scholar at the Darden Graduate School of Business and had the highest grade in his engineering technology class when he matriculated from West Virginia University. Doug is fervently committed in the areas of education, veteran support, and poverty alleviation. The Centre for Sustainable Firm is a nonprofit dedicated to encouraging the effective leadership of global businesses. The Robin Hood Foundation in New York, Camp Southern Ground in Georgia, and CHAINIQ, a Swiss logistics provider. FRISQ, a Swedish public health internet provider, Vega aspect, and Obsidian Portfolio Management, a corporate venture capital asset offering exploration and experience, are just a few of the nonprofit donations he has served on the panels. The Cohen military veteran’s network and Cohen veteran’s bioscience groups count him as a founding senior executive.

He has recently held positions on the boards of Singtel Corporation, the Darden Graduate School of Business, Villanova University, the Canterbury School, and the Randolph Macon Academy. He has served as an adviser to these institutions.
