Robert Kraft Career Highlights: The Man Who Created The Patriots Dynasty

The New England Patriots have become one of the most successful sports franchises globally. The team’s success has been the result of several factors, but one of the biggest has been the contributions of its owner, Robert Kraft.

 Kraft Early Life and Career

Robert Kraft was born in Brooklyn, New York, on June 5, 1941. He grew up as a die-hard New York Giants fan. His father was a successful businessman who owned several grocery stores in New York City. His mother was also very involved with the community and helped raise her son to be a good person.

Kraft attended Brooklyn College and then went on to earn his MBA from Harvard University. He started his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs before joining the NFL’s Washington Redskins in 1960. While he worked for the Redskins, he met Robert Kraft Sr., who would become one of his mentors and friend for life.

Robert Kraft was a part of the group of New York businessmen who bought the New England Patriots in 1972.
