Where are Real Estate Agents the Busiest?
Where are Real Estate Agents the Busiest?
If you deal with residential real estate, there is a new study revealing which of 25 British cities agents are the busiest. We at Greycoat will walk you through it.
The data we deal with comes from the following cities: Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bradford, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Coventry, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Huddersfield, Liverpool, Leeds, Leicester, London, Manchester, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Northampton, Nottingham, Portsmouth, Preston, Sheffield, Southampton, Stoke, and Swansea. And these are the areas where Greycoat specialists come in.
The researchers, eXp UK, estimated where residential real estate agents are the busiest in the nation by estimating for each city the number of real estate branches who deal with the residential sector. Thus, Greycoat is estimating the number of residential listings for that city, and performing some basic calculations.
On average, they found that real estate branches in these cities have 10.8 residential listings each, and 13 cities in their study have more listings per branch than that average. Greycoat informs that the busiest city for real estate in Britain is Liverpool, where there are 18.9 current listings per branch.
The least busy of the cities is Newcastle, which has only 5.5 listings per branch. Here in London, we are busier than average with 13.3 listings per branch. Overall, Greycoat finally states, if you are looking for more real estate opportunities, Liverpool is the place to be.
